Therefore, the authors of the restaurant project, architectural and design company boom_project_, turned to us in advance with a request to install lifts in order to speed up and facilitate the process of cleaning the chandeliers in the future.
SOLUTION: We installed 7 light lifts with an electric drive for the chandeliers in the restaurant hall. All the chandeliers were assembled in time and connected using hoists. Now the restaurant is working as usual.
RESULT: The administration informed us that the lifts are used regularly - once a month to keep the chandeliers clean and change the light bulbs on time. Agree, it is very important for the prestige of the restaurant.

PROBLEM: The location of the chandelier in the hall of this house was planned at the level of the 2nd floor. The chandelier has large dimensions and a complex design, many decorative details. It could only be mounted in parts, being on the lower floor and gradually raising the chandelier and attaching tier by tier.
SOLUTION: Our company designed and installed an electric chandelier lift with a load capacity of 300 kg and a lifting / lowering height of 8 m.
CONTROL: The up and down movements of the chandelier are controlled by a remote control.
PROGRESS OF WORK: The electric lift was installed in the room on the floor above. It was impossible to install it in the hall overhead on the ceiling: the ceiling around the chandelier was decorated with an elegant stucco rosette. For the installation of the lift, a through technological hole was made in the ceiling with a diameter of 125 mm and a depth of 430 mm.
DESIGN FEATURE: PAYTEX designed and manufactured a special structure for attaching the lift mechanism and at the same time hiding it, since the room was planned to be used as a dressing room in the future.
RESULTS: All work on the design and installation of the lift was carried out during the repair work in the house, so by the time they were completed, the owners were already able to fully use their new chandelier. Its installation and further operation became possible only after the installation of the lift by PAYTEX company.

TASK: The owners of the house asked about the installation of a light lift for their chandelier, which is located above the stairwell.
PROBLEM: The building does not have a technical floor where it would be possible to place the light lift housing.
SOLUTION: We chose and installed a model of electric light lift, which we usually use for technical lamps - it is mounted in a suspended way and the appearance would not quite match the elegant appearance of the hall in this house. But this model of the light lift was quite satisfactory in terms of its technical characteristics and suited the light weight of the chandelier. To hide the not very presentable appearance of the winch, a decorative detail made of chrome steel was used, which organically complemented the chandelier and hid the body of the installed light lift.
RESULT: The light lift is connected to the control panel and at its command lowers the chandelier down and returns it to the ceiling.

TASK: The owner of a private house asked the Paytex company to install a light lift for their chandelier. The chandelier weighs 50 kg and it"s located at a height of 7.5 m from the floor under the roof vault. The great height to it and the sharp angle of the vault made normal access to the lamp impossible.
SOLUTION: "Paytex" company designed and manufactured a special structure to which an electric lift was attached. The place of attachment is covered by a decorative detail painted in the color of the walls. Access to the chandelier has become simple and accessible thanks to the use of a remote control from which the lift is controlled.

PROBLEM: The central chandelier in the hall of the Palace of Culture is not only the main source of light, but also a decoration, a element of design. And how unfortunate it is when this important element turns out to be dusty with broken lampshades, burnt out light bulbs, broken lampshades. The height from the floor to the chandelier is 8 m, below are the chairs of the parterre attached to the floor. To put the chandelier in order, you need to disassemble the seat, put up a building derrick and invite workers with permission to work at heights. TASK: For this project, it was necessary to install a hoist and assemble a chandelier weighing 150 kg. The place of installation is above the stairs. A large-sized chandelier made of many parts could only be assembled on the spot, above the flight of stairs, gradually raising it and adding new parts.

THE PROBLEM: In this project, Paytex was installing a chandelier light lift with an unusual square shaped detail that covers the ceiling fixture. The chandelier has the correct cruciform shape, and it must be placed strictly so that the edges of the chandelier are parallel to the walls of the room. This became an interesting feature of this project: after all, when moving up, the chandelier scrolls a little around its axis. This is the normal operation process of the light lift. When the chandelier has a circle at its base, there are no difficulties: in the upper position, it looks the same from all sides. But, if the base is a square, no one can always guarantee one clearly directed position.
SOLUTION: For the chandelier, which must stop in a clearly defined direction, the Paytex company developed and applied a special device in the structure of the light lift.
RESULT: Now, by pressing the button of the remote control of the electric winch, the owners of the house can be firmly sure that their chandelier will stop in the predetermined position and will not disturb the aesthetics of the interior.
