REALIZATION:
PROJECT: For the project in the "Kyiv" shopping mall, 2 hanging multifaceted constructions were designed and manufactured for the further installation of decorative compositions on them. The shape and size of the constructions are dictated by the architecture of the room, so as to cover the largest free area of the atrium.
CONSTRUCTION: Each construction is supported and controlled by a separate light lift with an electric drive and is designed for a load capacity of 500 kg.
CONTROL: Lifts are controlled from a wall-mounted remote control.
PLACE OF ATTACHMENT: The light lift bodies are placed in the space between the ceiling and the false ceiling, completely invisible from the outside.
LOCATION: Hoist housings are installed with an offset from the axis of the construction suspension in a convenient place for installation and further maintenance.
LOAD: The number of decorations for each structure is limited only by the total weight of the decorations of 500 kg.
INSTALLATION: The installation of lifts and structures was carried out at night, and this did not affect the usual operation of the shopping center in any way, did not prevent the visit of customers.
TESTING: All lifts are double weight tested after installation.

TASK: Carlsberg Ukraine, a leading producer of beer and soft drinks, asked us to install lifts for insecticidal lamps that provide protection against insects in the production workshop.
PROBLEM: The lamps are placed on a ceiling 5 m high. They are operated continuously and require frequent cleaning. To service each lamp in a large industrial building, a ladder was installed and moved from lamp to lamp. A lot of time was spent on this, and so that the work at the enterprise was not interrupted, the lamps were cleaned during the night shift.
SOLUTION: We installed 15 Motorized Light Lifts, which fully automated the process of cleaning insecticidal lamps in the shop.
RESULT: All the installed lifts are connected to 1 control panel and at the command from it, the insecticidal lamps are lowered to a convenient height above the floor - the cleaning process is much easier and faster.

In this project, it was necessary to install a lift in the lobby of a country house with a ceiling height of 6 m. The chandelier was already connected and the final repairs were completed. WORK ORDER. Before installing the light lift, we lowered the chandelier on a cable and weighed it - to determine the model of the lift, you need to know exactly the weight of the lamp. A small technological hole was made in the false ceiling at the attachment point. In the space between the ceiling and the false ceiling, in a suspended position on a cable intended for the chandelier, a special base structure was mounted, to which the lift body was fixed. A molded decorative ceiling medallion covered the technological hole in the ceiling.
RESULT. The cable of the electric lift was lowered down and a chandelier was attached to it. With the help of a remote control, the chandelier was raised to its usual place to the ceiling. Now it can be lowered or raised at any time. Anyone can handle this.

TASK of this project: installation two lifts for chandeliers weighing 80 and 120 kg. One of them is located in the hall, and the second is above the stairs.
SOLUTION: Models with an electric drive with a load capacity of 100 and 150 kg were selected. A slightly larger lifting capacity of light lifts is the key to long and correct work: it should not be overloaded.
RESULT: The lift for the chandelier in the common hall was installed in the space between the floor and the ceiling. A lift for a chandelier above the staircase - in the attic.

Light Lift of Non-Standard Shape and Vertical Fastening, Kozin Kyiv Region
OUTSTANDING CASE: The installation of a lift for this chandelier is another example of an unusual solution to a problem. Here, a wall was located above the technological opening for the lift in the ceiling of the upper floor, so its installation was extremely difficult.
PREPARATION: A special niche in the wall was made to install the lift. In addition, it was necessary to expand the opening in the ceiling to the required size.
SOLUTION: The construction of the lift-hoist was developed in a non-standard triangular shape with a vertical mounting method, and the contact group is located in the space between the ceiling and the suspended plasterboard ceiling. The thickness of the overlap is 330 mm, and the diameter of the opening is 35 mm.
WORK PROCEDURE: The load capacity of the installed hoist is 150 kg, and the lowering/raising height of the cable is 4.5 m. The power of the selected model is 1100 W. The lift is controlled by a remote control. Manual control is carried out using buttons on the body of the lift.
SUMMARY: After installation, the double weight lifter was tested. The light lift passed the test with dignity and showed its full readiness for work.

Lift for Block of Sockets in Office with Free Location of Workplaces, "Silpo Food" company
PROBLEM: when the Silpo Food company decided to organize the work of the team in the format of "coworking" in a new leased premises, it had to solve the issue of how to bring electricity to workplaces with a free location so that the electric wires were not laid on the floor and were not damaged. Silpo-Food company turned to us for help.
SOLUTION: Our company solved this problem in an unconventional way: to each group of tables, a block of sockets is lowered from above with the help of a portable lift fixed on the ceiling. When choosing the lift model, the ceiling height of 5m and the weight of the socket block were taken into account.
WORK PROCEDURE: We designed, manufactured a batch of portable lifts, tested, assembled and put them into operation.
SUMMARY: Now any of the employees can effortlessly lower the sockets to the desired height from the tablet during work, and return them to the ceiling again when finished.

PROJECT TASK: manufacture and installation of an light lift with an offset from the axis of the chandelier suspension.

PROBLEM: We implemented a project to install an electric lift for a central panic light of a complex design. Its installation was possible only in a vertical position and was at a height accessible to electricians. That is why our company installed the elevator before the installation of the chandelier.
SOLUTION: In this project, an electric lift was installed. A controller, developed by the company "Paytex", which regulates the operation of the lift in general and in case of a possible emergency situation, and software for this device were also used. A lock for the working height of the chandelier was used in the lift. We have developed a special design, which provides for placing the lift with an offset from the axis of the chandelier suspension.
SUMMARY: The lift is controlled from a wall-mounted control panel. All work on the design and installation of the lift was carried out at the stage of renovation in the church premises. At the time of their completion, it was possible to fully use the new chandelier.

Sometimes the imagination of designers is embodied in lamps of such a strange design that special equipment must be used for their installation and operation.
THE PROBLEM: The owners of a 250-kilogram chandelier were happy to learn that such equipment exists: the PAYTEX chandelier lift can significantly facilitate the installation of their lamp.
SOLUTION: The PAYTEX chandelier lift is a household appliance that is convenient and safe to use. The lift is controlled by a radio remote control - anyone can handle it.
WORK PROCEDURE: To make it simple and easy for the owners to lower the chandelier from a height of 7 meters, we finalized and installed an electric model of the hoist, fixed an additional metal structure that united all 6 cables of the chandelier.
The body of the elevator-hoist, installed in the attic of the building, is not at all noticeable in the interior. Its strong, thin lifting cable is lowered through the technological opening in the ceiling, and the entire structure of the chandelier is already attached to it.
SUMMARY: The 155-bulb chandelier was successfully mounted and secured to the cable that rises to the required level, the chandelier parts being mounted in sequence. The installed lift has passed the necessary double weight testing.

When Usual Needs Updating: Modernization of Alladin Light Lift in Kharkov
PROBLEM: The design of this lift does not provide the function of fixing the suspension unit of the chandelier in the upper position. That is, when the chandelier moves up, any user must adjust the movement stop manually, independently "by eye", despite the fact that the speed of lifting the chandelier is quite high and there is a possibility of damaging it against the ceiling.
The customer turned to with a request to eliminate this defect and, thus, to protect himself from possible unfortunate incidents, because the artistic and commercial value of the chandelier is quite high.
SOLUTION: The specialists of the PAYTEX company designed, manufactured and installed a mechanical lock with a manual drive for the lift already installed by the customer.
WORK PROCEDURE: creation of the project, its approval, manufacture of the device and installation took about 3 weeks. It was not necessary to dismantle the lift system, it was adjusted on the spot. The installed device was tested using excessive weight.
SUMMARY: The use of a mechanical lock from our company guarantees a safe stop and fixation of the chandelier in the upper position. The customer was satisfied with the result, as the task was completed in full.

Light Lifts for Chandeliers in Mariinsky Palace, Kyiv
The "PAYTEX" company manufactured and installed 14 light lifts for chandeliers during the restoration of the Mariinsky Palace. The main representative house of the country needed this device for a long time. After all, in order to provide the lamps with a neat appearance, to carry out technical maintenance, it was necessary to install a repair tower every time and invite specialists with a permit for high-altitude work. And in a building where solemn events are constantly held, where there is an artificial parquet on the floor, it was extremely difficult to do this.
All work was carried out in 2 stages: design documentation was developed, light lifts for chandeliers weighing from 150 to 600 kg were manufactured and installed for halls with ceiling heights from 7 to 15 m. In the first photo, you can see the main chandelier (600 kg).
For this project, it was decided to use a mechanical type of chandelier lifts. A special braking device was used in the installed devices - it guarantees a safe stop and fixation of the chandelier in the lower position. These light-lifts, like all lifts manufactured by the "PAYTEX" company, have been tested by weight in double size for 24 hours.
The use of chandelier lifts is traditional for historic buildings with high ceilings. In the case of the Mariinsky Palace, this is not a luxury, but a means of necessity.

Motorized Lift System for Chandelier in Church of St. John Volodymyr, Bar, Montenegro
Our company developed and installed an electric light lifter for the main chandelier, controlled by a radio remote control.
PROBLEM: A chandelier weighing 600 kg is a complex three-level structure with a lot of decorative details and a cross, which could be installed in stages when the chandelier was in the lower position.
SOLUTION: The main task of this project is to design and install an electric lift inside the structure of the chandelier itself. The body of the lifter had to be small enough to fit into one of the parts of the chandelier, the so-called pendant assembly of the chandelier.
WORK PROCEDURE: The electric lift, developed and manufactured by PAYTEX, was placed in a separate container structure directly above the upper tier of the chandelier.
CONCLUSION: The use of the lift of the Paytex company greatly facilitated the installation of the chandelier, which is of cultural, religious and artistic value.
